Why I built Classyx
Freshman year, I'd sit down to study and last maybe ten minutes before my phone pulled me in like a magnet. The notifications. The browser tabs. The endless scroll. I told myself I'd just check one thing — and suddenly an hour was gone.
When my parents asked how school was going, I always said "fine." I wasn't fine. I was drowning quietly, and I didn't know how to say it. And they had no way to know either — not because they didn't care, but because there was nothing to show them. Just my word against my grades.
I built Classyx because I was that kid. The one who wanted to do better but couldn't figure out how to get out of his own way. The one whose parents worried in silence while I struggled in silence.
No student should have to figure it out alone. And no parent should have to just hope.
Classyx is the tool I wish we'd had: it makes studying easier to start, and it gives parents honest proof instead of arguments. Not pressure — clarity, so families can be on the same team again.
There's more to the story — the part where it actually catches the thing you would've missed.
